Karen and I bought some "deck" chairs and a table, so we can sit outside and enjoy the cool night air. To celebrate we bought steaks, chicken, hamburgers and hotdogs and invited over our friends and neighbors. Those chairs and that grill might be the best purchases I've made since I've been here. It has been really fun to sit outside and enjoy the nieghborhood during the cool evenings. We've been pulling them out on the street, as well as outside our door, and simply hanging out with our neighbors. It's pretty special, that kind of thing just doesn't happen in the states. At least not usually.
